We are certain that we are not the only ones confused about funds to surviving families. We have many questions regarding money distribution: 1. Did those lost have Life Insurance? 2. If one of us looses a spouse, child, etc., to a drunken driver, will the government give us a financial award? 3. Charities are all ready helping people out with their loses and isn't this the way many others in our country receive help during a tragedy? We believe some funds should go to help rebuild New York, but especially to MAKE LIFE A LITTLE MORE CHEERFUL (OR COMFORTABLE) FOR THE POLICE AND SALVAGE WORKERS. God knows their dedication should be rewarded in a meaningful way. We worry about the real intention behind this pay-off.
