To whom it may concern,

I lost my Fiancee, on that dreadful day. And for you
to put a price on his life is a real injustice. His job description didn't
entail that someday he would lose his life. He paid into the system for a
better future for him and our family someday. So why penalize "our hero" now.
The generous people who donated money to this fund did it with an open heart,
not thinking that it should be taxed. That was not the plan. Please
reconsider, not just for the families but for the incredible people who have
lost their lives.
