What is the deal with not supporting gay and lesbian couples who lost loved
ones in the tragedy? I am American and I support the peoples RIGHT to
choose to live their lives in any way possible, so long as they do not
infringe on the rights of others. This makes me sick to my stomach that
Ashcroft would deny compensation to another victim due to his/her sexual
preference. I will not support your funding as long as this takes place.
We are free to practice any religion that we choose, and some persons
lifestyle that conflicts with the governments obviously adopted christian
beliefs should not be judged. I am very angry and upset that my country
does not support its people regardless of their sexual preference. How does
sexual preference directly effect others? It does not!!! I feel sorry for
our leaders if they are that close minded.
