Subject: 9/11 victim compensation
In response to your request for comments, I would ask that you draft
regulations that will ensure that
committed partners of gays and lesbians and their survivng children are
included in the compensation package. They are loved ones and citizens who
deserve the same rights that everyone else takes for granted.
