bending of the law

I've read that even though fetuses and illegal aliens
will receive compensation for the attacks on 9/11,
partners of gays and lesbians aren't necessarily
covered. How can you bend the laws for illegal aliens
and say that the law can't be bent for gays and
lesbians? The fact is that at least two of the more
prominent heroes are gay-

Can you really justify excluding people just like them
from the fund, while crowing in the media about their
