Thursday, January 10, 2002 2:39 PM please consider some changes to whom it may concern: the national average income grid is well below new york's average income grid...(especially down in the wallstreet area...) life insurance should not be deducted from anyone's award.... it is imperative for all concerned that this fund works.......deducting any life insurance benefits would do serious damage to the integrity of the goverments intentions here.....this is the first time in U.S. history that something of this sort was attempted......and it is quite important to the goverment and all involved that it succeeds!!!! the goverment failed to protect us on 9/11-----from a-z...now you are preventing us from private litigation---then you are reducing our award by our private insurance benefits....yet you will bail out the airline industry.,.use averages that are not real to new york......you are undoing what you have set out to do......... please reconsider your postion........ thank you Individual Comment no amount of money is going to bring back our loved one....but a fair award would help us move on with our lives........
