Director, Office of Management Programs Zwick:

My wife was killed in a tragic horrible accident recently and no one and I
mean no one gave me a nickle. I did not have insurance thus that was my
problem. I think it is a disgrace to give Federal Money for someone's
death regardless of how it happened. I feel sorry for the families but
why should they be compensated by my tax dollars for a family member's
death? Sad decision for now and for the future.
