Dear Mr. Feinberg:
Here, under attachment 1, is some good advice that obviously was not taken, at least to date that is. To restore trust in the process you have two choices either resign or institute a blue ribbon review panel. I feel, however, you will be taking the third option that of being personally sued for breach of office. Don't underestimate the fire in the belly of those whom you are trying to destroy.
