Rules Regarding Victims Fund
It is my opinion that the government should take into consideration how much
charitable donations a family has accepted before issuing government funds.
I don't believe it was the intention of our federal government to make the
victims' families independently wealthy. I also don't believe that anyone
could have forecasted the incredible generosity of the public and the huge
amounts of charitable donations that have been made by corporations, private
citizens, and even other countries.
