September 11 Victim Compensation Fund

To whom it may concern:

I am just writing this to go on record and express my outrage that gay
and lesbian partners of those who died on September 11 are not
automatically going to receive the same benefits as heterosexual
spouses from the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund. I understand
that illegal aliens will be receiving the benefits. In fact, I hear
that federal law will be overlooked when it comes to illegal aliens and
the companies that hire them in violation of the law. How bizarre is
that?! How can the fund be so blatantly discriminatory? This
dishonors such gay "heroes" as &nbsp , who all died in the tragedy.
If September 11 has taught us anything, it's that our patriotism and
love of country transcend our differences and unite us all. Enough is
enough already. Please stop the discrimination.
