9/11 victim compensation fund - public comments
I am very disturbe that there is a possibility that the surviving families of some of the victims may be denied compensation that they deserve. Specifically, the life partners and non-biological children of victims who were gay or lesbian are suffering as much as any others. The terrorists made no such distinction. If we our to celebrate our freedoms, we must not allow discrimination to deny funds to those who deserve them.
