Victim Compensation

I do NOT think a victim's compensation should be reduced by any pensions or
insurance for which the family planned and from which they may benefit.

I DO, however, think compensation should take into account other funds the
victims' families may have received from other charitable sources, such as
the Red Cross fund.

I am happy to have the opportunity to provide input to your planning process.
