request for change in deductions

I would like to express my opinion that there should be NO deductions
for victims families who have life insurance. People who have
responsibly managed their lives so that their families would be
protected in the event of an accident are to be HONORED for their
responsible behavior and NOT penalized! They should receive
compensation regardless of monies received from insurance. If you do
not change this rule what you are in effect communicating to the victims
and our nation is that it doesn't pay to be a responsible citizen and
protect your family with insurance because others who HAVE not been
responsible will be compensated the same. PLEASE see that you are
encouraging people to NOT take personal responsibility for their
families future welfare in the event of an accident. This rule must be
eliminated. Personal responsibility should be REWARDED not penalized.
