Compensation for 9.11 injuries
Mr. Zwick
I am unable to ascertain how compensation for those suffering serious
injuries as a result of the 9.11 attacks will be compensated.
Will you be deciding on a case by case basis or with a table that mirrors
the tables established for those who lost their lives? Might their be a
table for injuries like that which is used by a worker's comp court?
