Comment
In terms of the collateral sources issue and new regulations that define
what will be considered, the survivors of the victims who had life
insurance should not be penalized because their loved ones had that
foresight. To do so makes a mockery of their concern for the financial
well-being of their survivors. Please exclude or discount the
consideration of life insurance as a collateral source.
