911 Compensation Fund

Dear Mr.Zwick,
I strongly urge the drafting of regulations for implementing the
September 11 Victim Compensation Fund that will provide benefits for ALL
survivors of victims, including committed gay partners and adopted children
of gay partners. Their loss is just as great.
