They bring more beauty, kindness, honor and respect to our country, our state, our community and our family than any two people I know. They are two people I would want beside me if I were going to war. From everything I have read and heard about , he was also an incredible person. God puts all of us on this earth for a purpose. Perhaps, as a gay hero, his purpose was to help our government recognize the injustice of these laws.
