Waist of our tax money

I'm Floored that the federal government is giving millions of out tax
dollars to the serving familial of the trade tower terrorist attack.
I hope I'm misunderstanding were the money has came from, it appears to
me its from the tax payers....

If this is the case is this going to be a new procedure? Many people
have died in accidents, earth quakes, floods, attacks etc and there
surviving spouses did not get any free money from the feds.

I sure look forward to the million dollars that I'm going to get if a
terrorist kills my wife!!!

This is wrong and I hope I can figure out who proposed and who supported
this bill....
Its nothing but a "look what I did for you please reelect me" gimmick.
