Don't Discriminate against Gays


As I understand it, the 9/11 Fund plans to
discriminate against gays and lesbians. In this time
of national crisis, the Fund which supposes to assist
the surviving families of the 9/11 victims, is now
going to turn your back on gays? How would the heroes
of 9/11 feel about this? Knowing that yet again
Americans are turning their backs own fellow Americans
because of who they are? I think it is a shame that
the Fund will perpetuate discrimination and will
totally disregard the needs of gay and lesbian
Americans. Please reconsider your policy and give the
gay and lesbian survivors the same benefits as
straight survivors.
