To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to my attention that the victims Compensation Fund is excluding gay and lesbian victims in the 9-11 tragedy. It is also my understanding that fetuses and illegal aliens are recipients.
Having been a witness too this horror, as well as being an American and a New Yorker. I feel compelled to share my opposition. I ask you to reconsider this decision and stand for Americans.
