9/11 Victim Compensation Fund

In response to your request for public input on how the 9/11 Victim
Compensation Fund should be administered and funds distributed, justice will only be served when all families are treated equally including those who lose their life partners, de facto parents or children without regard to sexual orientation or marital status.

The State of New York set the correct tone when Gov. Pataki granted
compensation benefits "on a showing of mutual interdependence with the victim, in recognition that anyone who shared with the victim living expenses, day-to-day activities and the emotions bonds of family deserves help . . . "

I expect no less from the Federal government in administering the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. Thank you for your kind consideration in this regard.
