denial of benefits to partners of gay victims

I'm appalled at the Fund's decision not to fully
recognize the same-sex partners of gay victims in the
Sept 11th tragedy. Please reconsider this
discriminatory, ignorance-based move and extend the
benefits fully to partners of gay victims.
