Monday, March 11, 2002 4:27 PM 9-11 fund so, let me see if i understand this correctly.....illegal immigrants living in this country in violation of federal law can recieve help from the 9-11 fund, but citizens of this country who are gay and lesbian will only recieve help if their state deems them eligible. or at least.....that's what kenneth feinburg said on "meet the press" yesterday. what am i missing? this is the worst possible display of prejustice and bigotry that could happen in our counrty right now. i urge those of you concerned to re-think this and make anyone who needs help from the 9-11 fund able to recieve it. and i do mean anyone, regardless of their race, creed, religion, sexual orientation, or anything else that may make them "differen't". whatever those differences may be, they are still americans.
