I was in school and an 8th grader when it happened. Since it was my birthday, I really didn't care about anything except to have the best day of my life. But when I stepped into Pre-Algebra that morning, all I heard from other kids was, "Did you hear what happened?", or "Wow, I can't believe it..." I really had no clue what was going on, so our teacher turned the television on after lessons had ended, and there it was: destruction. In our history class, all we did was watch the television for upcoming news. I can now say that my birthday was more interesting than I had planned it to be.
