911DA Story: Story

In my sketchbook where I always draw little airplane dsigns I wrote that night:

"Today I heard about a assault in the WTC in Nw York (USA). Somebody told us at work that 10 000 people could be death. My boss told "they are overdoing the story, no airplane has 10 000 people in it". I heard the story on the radio. Two airplanes crashed on the building. When I heard that ... my heart skipped a beat.
I am sitting now in my car on my way to evening school in a trafficjam. I am calm from the outside, but inside questions and sorrow are racing through my head. Sorrow for the tall loss of lives due to the assault. Sorrow for the fact that 2 AIRPLANES caused the disaster. Questions about how it will change the airplaneindustry (travel, building them, designing them)

What will it be? A WW3 or a far-away-from-my-bed-show? Whatever ... it will be big.

F**K, I am trying to promote the small aviation and then ... this happens."

The page ends with a small drawing of myself, head on a table, hands on top of my head. A dark cloud above my head.
