When the first plane hit the tower the first thing to go through my mind was that some suicidal person had flown a personal airplane into the tower. Then I saw the footage of the massive airplane, loaded with jet fuel, crash into the tower. I was devastated watching the fireball fly through the building and out the other side. During break that day another plane it the south tower, and another hit the pentagon. I knew that my parents were probably safe, but I still wanted proof because they work near the Pentagon. When I first heard about the plane hitting the Pentagon, someone told me that a plane had landed near the Pentagon. As far as I knew the plane had hit the Washington Navy yard were my mother and father work. Thankfully they were okay. But still many of my friends had parents that worked at the pentagon. Later I would learn that one of my friends dad had his computer and everything in his office thrown out of position when the plane hit.
