i heard about the attacks when i got back to our lockeroom after running. The music station was interrupted and a newsman stated that a plane had just hit one of the towers. It was believed to have just been a accident until the second plane collided into the second tower. I listened in horror as the spokesman told what was currently going on. A short time later he stated that one of the towers collapsed and soon later the second tower collapsed as well. Later when i got home i saw all the replays of the attacks. September 11 will remain in my mind as a very devastating day to america and the victims who tragically lost their lives.
