Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I had given birth to my beautiful baby girl at 6:36 am. Around 9:00 am the nurse had finally taken my husband and I to our private room. When we got there the tlevision was already on CNN. It was showing the actual broadcast after the first attack had taken place. I watched some t.v. but really didn't pay that much attention to it. I remember asking my husband to turn off the stupid movie and find something better to watch. He just looked at me funny. It was then that I realized I wasn't watching a stupid movie it was real. It took a moment for my brain to register what I was seeing. Then all of a sudden they struck the second tower. I was horrified. I really couldn't imagine why anyone would want to do this. I just wanted to believe that it was all a movie, make blieve. As the day progressed we heard of all the reports. Although it partially took the attention off of my new baby it also made us realize how precious this new life was. We will never forget any part of September 11, 2001.
