Tell us your story: I was substituting for and English class September 11, 2001 one of the assistant principals came in and turned on the tv and said an airplane hit the World Trade Center as we watched the north tower burn right before our eyes we saw a plane hit the south tower. I had the tv on the rest of the day for all my students as they did their class work for those who could do any work but we were all stunned as we watched the horror that happened to our county that day I told everyone that we were watching history in the making right here we would never forget. Then later when I went to work for FedEx we were closed for the next two days due to the airports being closed.
