Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: ?I Have Something to Say? During this season of ?WAR,? my mind travels back in time. Remembering as a child stories of ?WAR,? the first thing that comes to mind is the Vietnam War, thousands died and we still have no clue as to why. During these moments of silence and reflection God has allowed me to reflect on what was, what could be, and what is. Suddenly I?m reminded of his word when he said, live each day as if it was your last. So, I guess we should ask ourselves if this was my last moment in time, is this what I would want to be remembered for? Is this the place God would want me to represent him in, and am I doing his will? Uuummm! Interesting! This is not the time for momentary change; this is the time for a lifetime commitment to first self then to God. I say self first because we must always, after talking things over with God do a self-check and make the choice within, then the commitment of changing our mind set before coming to the throne. I say live! As if it was your last day! Don?t let the sun go down on your anger, but let it rise up in the truth of love, life and the pursuit of happiness, the things in which we were taught our forefathers wanted for us. Liberty and Justice for all- the blind balancing scales of justice should now mean something to us. For now we must stand united in Christ, not caring if someone is Black, White, Jewish, or Gentile as Martin Luther King dreamed to see one day. Right now and I hope forever more race does not matter, for the first time I understand what our country stands for. How sad it had to take loosing our brethren at the hands of those who do evil unto us! I believe in order to continue to build a United States- it will take each and every one of us- no matter race, creed, or color just as it will be it heaven. God said what is bound on Earth is bound in heaven. God, I pray your will be done and as we unite we will form bonds that will be eternal.
