I remember exactly what I was doing on 9/11. I was in second block at my high school, it was computer science. My friend and I were writing up a program when the teacher from next door busted in and shouted "A plane has just crashed into the Twin Towers." My teacher scrambled to turn on the news to see one of the towers with a plane sticking out of it. At that time I didn't think about terrorists ... all I was thinking is, "How could someone run into a building..." Then the next plane rams into the second building, everyone is in shock and it finally hits me that its not just pilot/plane error. Next thing I know people are getting called out of class to go home, parents are picking up their kids, the halls are filled with worried parents concerned about getting their child home before anything else happens. I will never forget that day.
