It started out like any other day. I woke up, had my morning coffee and watched the show I taped the night before. I stopped the tape and stepped away for a moment and that's when I saw on TV the report of a plane hitting the North Tower of the World Trade Center.My first reaction was that it must be pilot error or mechanical problems with the plane. Then the South Tower was hit. I heard the planes were hi-jacked and and thought to myself oh my god, this cannot be happening here. I watched in stunned disbelief as both towers came crumbling down. It seemed the entire day was surreal, a strange dream. Everything was out of sync. That night, I went to bed and prayed for all the people who were killed.
