Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: On 9/11/01 I was at school sitting in class like any ordinary day. One on my instructors came in the room and informed us on what had happened. Looking around the room you could just see the terror on everybodies face. One of the students stood up and starting yelling that her husband worked in the towers, and she quickly left the room. About 10 minutes later we we told that the school would be closing due to the attacks. People where running all over the place trying to make there way to the parking lot. They had TV's in the hallways where we some people where gathered around, that is where I saw the first tower collapses and knew that we were really in trouble. I finally made it to my car and turned on the radio. Sheer terror came over me and I began to think about all of my friends that worked in the city. I continued to listening to the radio as I waited in line trying to get out of the parking lot, which seemed like forever. I will never forget the way that I felt that day and the looks on peoples faces around me. Nobody really knew what to do or how to deal with this, we all just knew that we needed to be home and near our families. Looking back on the day now 9/11/02 the same feelings have come over me, this is something that no American will ever forget!
