Tell us your story: I worked at 7 world trade center on the evening shift. 6:00pm til 1:00am..I was on vacation and on september 10 I got back to work..My day routine before going to work was very different on september 10 than any other time.... I usually get my music magazine and my minidisc player for the trip to the trade center ,which is a 45 min train ride from upper manhattan.But on that day I left it behind so I stepped out the door of my building and for some reason a thought came to my mind,that I felt that I wasnt going to work on september 11..So I get to the token booth and I asked the clerk for a $17.00 metro card but I changed my mind and asked for a $3.00 card so I went off to work. The time is 12:50 and Im walking out 7wtc so I walked up to the wtc and no matter how many years Ive worked there I was still amaze of the size of these buildings so I looked at them and walk away ,with a gut feeling that I was not coming to work tomorrow..... so now its 9,11 and im sleeping and I hear my cell phone ringing with numerous people calling me and asking me if I was ok,but I didnt know what was going on until I on NY1 thenthe rest is a painfull history,.......
