Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I am a school bus driver for South Lake School District...I had just finished my first run...and had arrived home approx 8:45....I was in my bedroom cleaning up....I seen this one plane crash into the tower....I at first thought ..this was a movie or somthing....only to then hear it was real....My husband had come into the bedroom...and I said..OMG...you should see what just happened...it played it over...no sooner did we see another one.....I started crying...and told him....This is not the end...they are not stopping here.....Both of us were in shock...as everyone was....sad...crying........I kept saying to him....I mean it..they will not stop at this...He said ..there is no way...Kimberly....after all of this...they would never go onto do anymore...But I knew ......my gut told me that this was not it...as i continued on to tell him.......Then when I went back to work...heard of the plane in Penn.,......and still knew ...this was not it.......then the Pentagon.....I was sick......and was sick when I first uttered those words.....They will not stop here.........This has been the most tragic.....scarey.....horifying......experience....Then we seemed to all come together......people were nice to each other....humble...kind....we were all grieving together....The sad part of it all........is that it didn't last very long.....I always believe there is a reason for everything.....and the ONLY good....that could ever come out of such a tramatic situation...such as this.......Is that people all would come together as one....and stay this way......But to my sorrow......thoughout this yr..grieving for all those who lost their lives...and their families.....things...neva stayed the same as they did.....that day........People....genuinley caring...and showing one another ...that this was it........the only thing...tragic as it was ...to bring us all together......I am not only sad....and touched by all the men and women and children...that were actually involved......but sad for our country.......to at least carry this on......coming together as ONE.....and staying this way....Forever......yes the donations...and the kindness was shown and still is by many.......but some...have forgotten.......what we became..that day September 11th 2002.....one nation...under God........no matter what God or religion they believe in.....we are all connected Dublin Core The Dublin Core metadata element set is common to all Omeka records, including items, files, and collections.
