Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: On the day of September 11th, I was at home getting ready for school. I was shocked that such a tragedy had happened. When I heard that the "twin towers" were crashed into by airplanes, I was surprised that such people, the terrorists had done such a thing to America. As I watched, I felt a part of me break. The "twin towers" had been hit and I was thinking to myself, "How can such a thing like this happen and why is there so much hate in this world towards America?". As I watched, tears came dropping down my face. I didn't think that people were ever like this. For me, I wonder how the families of those who lost their lives feel. I was watching the news and this talk show called Oprah. On Oprah they were showing all the fathers that had died in the tragedy. It made me cry and think that I am very thankful to have my family with me to this day. For the children that lost their fathers and all the wives that lost their husbands, I send my deepest condolences. Be stong because those people who died are in a better place now! They were heroes because they died with love for their country. Through all this, I noticed that ever since September 11th, everyone became nicer and more patriotic. I've seen houses with the American Flag outside their houses. It's a wonderful scene just to see the American Flag flying in the air. I have more pride in my country than I did before. AMERICA is a country which is free in making choices and it's a country that will never ever be forgotten. America is "well-known" and it will always be in my heart. "AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL".....
