On September 11, 2001, I was attending the Presidential Inaugeration Ceramony on campus. As I walked through the lobby of my dorm, I saw on t.v. what was going on, but the intensity of what had happened didn't really occur to me. I walked straight through the lobby with out stopping. After the ceramony my friends and I walked back through the lobby, but this time, seeing that the same picture was still on the television, we all stopped to catch the story. At first I was in awe of what I saw. We were all a little angry, but the reality i guess just hadn't set in yet. As the day progressed, it became apparent as to what had happened. I was in awe for the next couple of days, because I couldn't really believe that something like this could have happened. As the days continued to pass, I was sympathetic for the families who had suffered and to this day, I am still very sorry for what happened.
