Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: On September 11, 2001. I remember walking into my Study Skills class, my teacher turned on the T.V. and we all sat down and watched as plane's went flying through the "Twin Towers". I was very sad when I saw innocent people jumping from the towers. After that I saw pitures of people who died in the crashes. I also saw people running away from the buildings, and then I saw the first tower colapse. I witnessed alot of things on that day. It was very devastating to many people. My life has changed a little since Septmber 11, 2001. I am more patriotic and a lot more caring to others. I stand proud when I say the "Pledge of Allegiance". I also pray every night for my family and myself. Other people's lives have changed also. They fly american flags all day long. They wear red, white and blue for remembrance. I think September 11th should be recognized every year, also all of the people who died should be honored every year. The "Twin Towers" should be remembered because they were the tallest buildings in New York. The firemen and police officers should be remembered (they helped clean up the buildings and also saved lives.) I think we should make September 11th a holiday of rememberance. I also hope that the people who died should get there names on a plaque, also the firemen and police officers should have a special plaque. My family didn't fly a flag. I wish we would have, because everyone eles did. I have two in my bedroom above my bed, I look at them every night. They remind me of that day. My feelings have changed about the flag. I like to look at it. When I look at it, it reminds me of September 11th. Sometimes I dream of it, also I like to think about the flag and how we got our freedom.
