I was on the treadmill that morning like every other. It was very early West coast time. I had the TV on CNN. My wife was asleep and I was not really concentating on the TV until I saw the burning buildings. I was shocked and scared. I got sick to my stomach and went on to watch the coverage non-stop. I could not get the images of people jumping out of my head. To this day I think of them and it pains me still. I have nightmares about what it must have been like for the people trapped.And I can't help but dream of myself being trapped and having to jump out of the windows. It is one of the most horrendous things I have ever seen. I will never forget.
