I was home on East 22nd Street in NYC getting ready to go vote in the primary. The world changed at 8:46 and I began to write to people who are on my e-mail address list. My phone service was out for quite a while and this was my only form of communication. The e-mail list grew over the last 12 months and my 'Notes from East 22nd Street' have been read in places all over the world. I am writing my last 'Note' on the one year anniversary.
