Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I got a call to turn on my TV. which I was already watching, I was a bit sleepy but I had already heard that a plane had hit the WTC. As I watched the TV I noticed a plane circling around the WTC building and I said to myself why are they letting that plane get so close and then it slam into the other tower, as I looked out of my window I could hear a plane flying very low when I looked up I could see the plane it was passing over us so fast the whole building shook we thought it was going to crash in our building next thing we heard that a plane had crashed in Pa. As I stood there watching on television I said I need to call my son because he took the train into the city of N.Y. and his stop was the world trade building. I started sobbing uncontrollably but couldn't understand why I also felt so anxious it was wierd, about an hour later I finally reached my son he told me he was in the subway when the plane hit he made his way up to the lobby of the WTC buildingand there were people trapped and frantic he said he could not leave them there so he started pullin people out and leading them out of the building he ended up saving 11 people they were the sameones who were in the subway with him he said he told them to follow him. I heard no more from him until he reached the ferry that connects you with Staten Island. He then broke down and started crying and saying mom you would be proud of me I saved some lives and all I want to do now is go see my wife at work. he went straight to the hospital she worked at, I found out later that he was so traumatized that he no longer could speak they gave him medical treatment he was covered in dust and he had absorbed a lot in his lungs. He now suffer from the dust, he was a very health young man and always took good care of himself, he now suffer sinus like systems and must use a pump he must be very careful about colds because it can very well go into pnuemonia, he has permanent damage to his lungs. I thank God he spared my child and ou lives will never be the same, he later told me he watched the whole thing of the buildings coming down and people jumping out of windows, body parts hitting you while you are running away. I was not able to handle this for quite some time , I found myself crying all the time seeing my son's body laying somewhere or I he would never be found. It took prayer and a lot of faith in God to get me throught it I could not stand to hear anyone talk about it or see it, but now I am able to handle it.
