I just turned on the NBC Morning Show when Katie Couric announced breaking news "one of the WTC towers has been hit by an airplane". My jaw dropped. I was just at the WTC the year before. I hugged my son and became angry. I thought "what a horrible accident". I wanted to know who was responsible. Katie Couric began an interview with a caller close to the WTC and displayed a live picture of the burning tower. The woman on the phone was describing the plane as a large commercial airplane and it didn't make sense. How could it be? Her voice became histerical she started to scream "oh my god, another one!! The camera panned to the other tower just seconds after the impact. I started to cry. I hugged my son and sobbed.
