911DA Story: Story
I was at school in the 4th grade when it happened.The next day my teacher told us about the tradgey and then we started doing lots of drills and started to where I.D badges.I didnt know what the Twin Towers were at the time thats how I didnt react to it,and i didnt think that it was that serious.
5 years later I think that i have a better understanding to 9/11.It really hurts me now to know how many people were killed and how they died.Now I see why we went through so many drills .Now I think of it as a cautious matter.Now my reaction is very serious and thoughtful about it.I think about it every day as if it could have been in my neighborhood and it could have been my love ones killed.Now I wonder why would those people do such thing to people?What point did they try to get across?Why did they risk their own lives?But I'm happy that the United States still came back together.
