On 9-11 I was in middle school and at about right before the end of the day which would be around noon in Washington D.C. I was in English class and a teacher rushes in and tells my teacher to turn the T.V. on and watch the news and we were just stuck to the t.v. It seemed so unreal but at the same time you felt this feeling inside of you like Oh my gosh I can't believe that just happened, so the bell rings and nobody jumps out of their seat we just sit and watch for about another 25 minutes. It was so terifying to sit their and watch what was being done to our Capitol. When I got home my mom phoned my dad at work and we had a good friend whos wife worked at the WTC and had just been returning and saw the plane crash into the section of her office. We were so thankful she was ok but this day had a permanent affect all over the U.S.
