I was working in a night club tearing the interior out and replacing it with new material when my boss came storming through the doors and switched the tv on. As we were watching and he was explaining what had happened the second plane hit and everyone fell silent in utter disbalief at what we were seeing. Nothing like this had ever happened in england and to see it happen to one of our closest and dearest allies was just unbelievable.America one of the strongest nations in the world was being torn apart by what was now appearing to be a terrorist attack as the third plane hit the pentagon and there were live images coming in of the terror happening at ground zero it really hit home and i really did begin to mourne the people who were dying as we sat there completely useless it was the saddest day of my life may they all rest in peace
