I was interviewing for a job when I found out about the attacks the interview committee members asked if I wanted to quit and reschedule the interview I said no, but within that moment in time I remembered that I had a friend that worked in the south building of the world trade center. My heart sank and I had to compose myself for a moment and continue on with the interview. I learned that day that my friend was in fact one of the people that was at work during the attacks. Unfortunately for her family and friends she was one of the countless victims of this cowardly attack. This day will forever bring a day of sadness and tears to my eyes.
