on sept 11th i was anticipating surgary the next day for colon cancer. i had called one of my credit card companies to get my insurance started so they would start paying my monthly payments. the customer service rep on the line asked me what was going on in ny. i didn't know what she was talking about so she told me to turn on my tv. i was shocked and realized my cancer surgery was nothing compared to what was happening.
