I left New York almost 30 years ago to live in Michigan. Going home was always a treat, being born and raised there. We always called ourselves TOURISTS WHO KNEW THEIR WAY AROUND. I will always have my favorites spots that I visit, but remembering the World Trade Center will always be there. What a beautiful place it was. When you got off the E train, the last stop, (WTC), what a sight for soar eyes. That was the stop also to go the South Seaport. This will always be in our minds and our hearts, but we are Americans and we are strong. No one will ever take that from us. It seems to me that everyone wants to be here for the freedom.
