My husband and I and our 5 and 6 year old were on a US Air flight out of Logan Airport headed to Orlando for a family vacation. Upon arriving at Orlando the pilot of our plane came to the front and announced that there had been a major tradgedy and to please depart the plane as quickly as possible and get to where you are going as quickly as possible. With this, my husband and I and the rest of the people aboard looked in horror at each other wondering what had happened. We quickly learned that the United and American planes had crashed into the World Trade Centers. My heart felt sadness for the innocent people and their families that were aboard these planes. We tried to make our family trip a good one for the sake of the children, but it was difficult because we were always thinking of how many peoples lives were affected by this tradgedy.
