Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: On September 11th 2001 i was working for Marriott Hotels and it was just like any other day. I can recall having a conversation with one of our guests in the lobby who was staying on the friends and family rate, and asking him which family member worked for Marriott. He replied that his sister done my job at the World Trade Center Marriott and i recall talking about New York and that hotel as i have previously stayed in that hotel. I was in the lobby of the London Marriott at the time the 2nd plane hit because i can remember a large crowd of people around the television set watching CNN. I'm not sure what tower crashed down on top of the WTC Marriott but i will always remember seeing that guests face and the shock and emotions that then followed. I can remember being totally horrified to what had happened but i could not imagine what this guest was going through as he didn't know if his sister was at work in the Marriott at the time of the attacked.
